Definitely visit the dive site S.S. Stavronikita, a deliberately sunken freight ship off Bridgetown. The marine life around the wreck and the coral covering the body of the vessel is picture perfect. Swim through a maze of ladders, cabins and passageways to sharpen your diving skills.
Take a break from the beach and visit Arlington House Museum at Speightstown, to experience the Barbados of the past. Located in a quaint 18th century building, the museum is popular for those fascinated by the island's history.
