St. Lucia Musts
One of St. Lucia’s most beautiful landmarks is without a doubt the Gros Piton on the western coast of the island. This incredible peak stands nearly 3,000ft above sea below, and right next to its slightly smaller sister peak Petit Piton and is truly a sight to behold. The truly adventurous can hike to the summit of Gros Piton, although it should only be attempted by more advanced climbers, as it is quite steep. You will never forget the euphoria of reaching the top and gazing out over the Caribbean Sea.
Looking to cover some ground off-road in St. Lucia without having to walk or pedal? LucianStyle Segway Day Tours is your solution. After getting familiar with the Segway on the large, private practice track, make your way out into Rodney Bay and head down along the well-maintained trail system, past Mount Pimard and other amazing landmarks.

Experience the high-flying thrills of zooming across the canopy of St. Lucia’s rainforest at Treetop Adventure Park. The park features a series of zip lines, about 800ft long and 100ft off the ground, as well as two net bridges. The experience offered here does not stop at zip lines and net bridges however, as the park also has a Challenge Course, 65ft high in the trees, as well as a Kiddies Adventure for children ages 3 and up, and some great cycling and hiking trails.
For a sailing experience unlike any other, you will definitely want to take part in St. Lucia’s Catamaran Day Sail. This daylong adventure will be truly memorable as you coast along the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean aboard a beautiful catamaran. Along the way, you will stop for visits at spectacular landmarks like the Diamond Botanical Gardens, Sulphur Springs, and Marigot Bay.
For an unforgettable dining experience in St. Lucia, you do not want to miss Rainforest Hideaway on the beautiful Marigot Bay. The chefs at this fine dining restaurant pays a daily visit to the local markets to seek out the freshest and highest quality ingredients and will then prepare for you an extraordinary meal in a lovely atmosphere.
Nestled in between the towering peaks of Gros and Petit Piton you will find the spectacular Jalousie Beach. This stunning, white sand beach is an absolute perfect destination for a quiet day on an idyllic and secluded beach. Jalousie is also an incredible diving destination, as the Pitons plunge 1,800ft below the surface creating an amazing sea world below.

Jalousie Beach
On the northern tip of St. Lucia, you will find the quaint fishing village of Gros Islet. This small, Caribbean village has no shortage of great activities, however, with opportunities for snorkeling and water sports as well as some fantastic (and inexpensive!) places to eat and shop. The town has a great music scene as well and the Friday night Fish Fry in Gros Islet is truly epic!
The 20ft, Latille Waterfall is a spectacular natural wonder that should not be missed. The waterfall pours into an idyllic lagoon, in which you can go for a swim and take in all of the natural beauty that surrounds you. There is a watercourse leading from this pool into other natural pools downstream and the experience overall is simply breathtaking.
Who needs to go to a spa for a mud bath when you can take an all-natural mud bath in St. Lucia’s Sulphur Springs. This incredible natural wonder is one of the most exciting attractions on the island of St. Lucia and is a definite must do while on the island. The springs are completely safe but it may surprise you that the springs are heated by an active volcano that lies below!

History buffs and nature lovers alike will not want to miss Pigeon Island National Park in northwestern St. Lucia. The scenic park was once home to Fort Rodney, an 18th century British fortification, with cannons and other remnants of the fort burrowed in the undergrowth on the park. The ambiance of the park is both beautiful and surreal.
